Many than thanks, Claudio. I'll wait until 7/31/2007 to see it that fixes the problem. Otherwise I'll look for the parse like you suggested. Re: [Care2002-developers] Care2X and Appointment scheduler.
Hello Ranai, That's a good idea. Let's check it there is any possible way (and we should not forget some troubles what maybe a licence could make). I haven't looked to such appointment scheduler so far but I have the feeling that we have to modify it anyway. Now, let's take a look and not speculating :-) Robert > -Ursprüngliche Nachricht- > Von: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:care2002- > [EMAIL PROTECTED] Im Auftrag von Pranai > Gesendet: Donnerstag, 26. Hi Lopo, I assume that Robson doesn't read English quite good. I've had that problem many times at the apachES and phpMyAdmin translators site. The SF mailer gives instructions in a language not understood by all. If the mailer footer can be changed to include the message in other languages, perhaps this might help Robson and future users. Just my two cents. Hi all Next release (v 2.4) will be placed on 07/31/2007. I am also using care2x on a machine with ubuntu, it works if you use a php parser both for php 4 and 5 We are testing a framework (seagull) for the 3th generation of care2x. U can find it on SVN rep. Re: [Care2002-developers] Help
Hello Steve, Care2x is designed from the beginning as OOP application. Some characteristics how OOP was used in PHP4 are not longer working with PHP5. If you follow the wish list for PHP6 care2x is not the once and only application who has troubles with the way how PHP5 is working. Anyway, there are some developers who are actually working with php5 compatibility but out of my experiences to such kind work; a master code review based on a common used framework like seagull is faster, more reliable and better scalable for the future. So php4 is either bad nor unsafe nor slow. It's just the forerunner of PHP5. To solve this knot we are looking for a next release of care2x, called care3x based on a framework and migrating the existing modules to it. This will be a heavy work and brings us in a better position. So for me it is not an issue of using php4. Most of the existing ISP's don't using PHP5. I Know its not the right way to do just for the time being insted of brain storming in APIs of Care2x and WebERP(spending more time in analysis rather then development).
