Re: [Care2002-developers] Integrate Care2x and DHIS

2008-06-01 Thread Robert Meggle
Hi Kim,

We’ve started same nearly same work independent from you. The first step is
little bit different; we’re looking to have an php based ETL module what
will “feed” a webERP application via XML-PRC. This development started now
and hope that the first beta release is done by August. Aim now was just
looking for an elegant way to have just one possible interface to
communicate with other applications and even a hospital 2 hospital patient
data xchange, HXP is also based on XML-PRC. Actually these interfaces are
not ready, not even for preview release. But the communication will be done
by XML-RPC.

I was followed a bit to the work what the team in Stockholm did and gave
them some support whenever needed. I haven’t tried to install their work but
know their thesis what they published to their project page.

Do you have troubles to install the tomcat server?

Thanks

 Robert

 Hi Mauri,

this is a very good idea. I think it will work. Please keep us posted

 Thanks a lot.

What do you think about my idea?
