However.. I have just started to check out your request and just for the first report you gave (Fatal error on Radiology Pending Request) I cannot confirm. I do not have any doubts that you are wrong, the issue is now why do I not have the issue and you do have it. So please be patient for just a moment I will check out if we can serve here generally with an patch for some more issues.
