2) I noticed a strange behavior in the 2.1/2.2 care2x versions: we add a person
from Special Functions - New Person named, for example, Jhon and after the
creation we assign Jhon as a DOCTOR to a department. This doctor appears
correctly in the department list. Now, we assume that exist a patient named
Jhon. If we search a patient with the Jhon key (inside Patient menu), the
doctor appears in the patient list. I think that this is not correct because
now we can apply all tipical patient procedures (admission, etc...) to a
doctor. Instead, the patients named Jhon don't appear in Personnel List and
this is correct...
