[casper] Toolflow: Supported Versions

Good Day Casperites,

Since the release of the upgraded
librariesto support the ISE 14
tools, there have been questions about which versions
are still supported.

It is recommended that you use the latest version of the
libraries (SKA-SA),
especially if you are compiling for ROACH2.
This most recent version supports the ISE 11 & 14 tools. Although 14 is
strongly recommended.

If for some reason you need to use ISE 11. Please use 11.5 with Matlab
2008b.
But preferably use* ISE 14.2* with *Matlab 2012a*. See setup instructions
here
.

Support can not be guaranteed for other versions of ISE and Matlab.

Hi Wesley,

thanks for the quick reply. My Bad! I just copy the license file from another 
computer. I just generated the new license in the Xilinx website. I'll let you 
know how it goes.
