     6/7: A PROTHONOTARY WARBLER continues at Armitage Road.

     6/10: 13 CERULEAN WARBLERS and an ORCHARD ORIOLE were seen on Howland 
Island.

     6/11: A YELLOW-BELLIED FLYCATCHER was seen at South Spring Pool.







Oswego County






     6/7: A RED-HEADED WOODPECKER was seen on West Lake Road south of Oswego. 
An ACADIAN FLYCATCHER was seen on Brockett Road south of Hannibal.

     6/8: A RUDDY TURNSTONE and a BLACK-BELLIED PLOVER were seen at the Sandy 
Pond Outlet on Lake Ontario.

     6/9: RED-HEADED WOODPECKERS were seen at East Shore Oaks Drive in Oswego 
and on Rt.89 south of Oswego. 2 CLAY-COLORED SPARROWS were seen at a tree farm 
on Merritt Road south of Fulton.

     6/10: An ACADIAN FLYCATCHER was seen at Sunset Bay on Lake Ontario, on 
Gray Road south of Oswego and two were seen at Selkirk Shores State Park. 2 
CLAY-COLORED SPARROWS and a GRASSHOPPER SPARROW were seen on Merritt Road south 
of Fulton. A BLACK TERN was seen at Lake Neahtawanta. A CERULEAN WARBLER was 
found at Sunset Bay Park on Lake Ontario.

     6/11: An ACADIAN FLYCATCHER was heard at Selkirk Shores State Park. A 
CLAY-COLORED SPARROW was seen at Merritt Road south of Fulton.







Onondaga County

     6/6: An ACADIAN FLYCATCHER was found at Whiskey Hollo Nature Preserve west 
of Baldwinsville. A PRAIRIE WARBLER was seen at Green Lakes State Park.

     6/11: An ORCHARD ORIOLE was found at Green Lakes State Park. A GRASSHOPPER 
SPARROW was found at Three Rivers WMA north of Baldwinsville.

     6/12: An ACADIAN FLYCATCHER was found at Beaver Lake Nature Center.







Madison County






     6/11: An ORCHARD ORIOLE was seen on the Erie Canal Trail in Canastota.







Oneida County






     6/6: A RED-HEADED WOODPECKER was seen on Lakeshore Road at the north east 
point of Oneida Lake.

     6/7: A RED-HEADED WOODPECKER was seen at Verona Beach State Park.

     6/8: A WHIP-POOR-WILL was heard on Old Rt. 49 in Blossvale. A SEDGE WREN 
was found on Sterling Road in Durhamville.

     6/9: A BLACK VULTURE was again seen along Rt. 46 south of Rome.A CERULEAN 
WARBLER was found on Wood Creek Road in Rome. A GRASSHOPPER SPARROW was found 
at Griffiss Park in Rome.

     6/12: 6/12: 3 CERULEAN WARBLERS were found on Wood Creek Road in Rome.







Herkimer County






     6/6: 2 YELLOW-BELLIED FLYCATCHERS were found on North Lake Road north of 
Forestport.

     6/10: 2YELLOW-BELLIED FLYCATCHERS were found near Mckeever off of Rt. 28.

     6/11: 2 SWAINSON’S THRUSHES were found near Twitchell Lake north of Eagle

Die-hard picnickers are welcome to attend tonight's annual CBC picnic at 
Myer's, but be forewarned that while the forecast is changing, wind and rain 
are still predicted - with possibly thunderstorms that may or may not 
materialize.  So, dress for the weather and see you there!

Subject: [cayugabirds-l] Cayuga Bird Club - Annual Picnic

Only two weeks until our June Meeting [a.k.a. Annual Picnic] on Monday, June 
12, starting at 6:00pm. We will be meeting at the Myers Park Pavilion E ("the 
Motus pavilion").


Join us for our annual dish-to-pass potluck at Myers Park.

Please bring -

  *   dish-to-pass
  *   your own place settings
  *   utensils
  *   beverages
NOTE:  anyone not comfortable partaking in the dish-to-pass aspect are free to 
bring their own food.

Also feel free to bring a folding chair for a more distanced arrangement on the 
grass if you'd rather not eat at the picnic tables.

The dinner will be followed by a bird walk.


Note that Myers Park charges admission for non-residents of Lansing until 6 pm.


Cayuga Bird Club meetings are held on the second Monday of each month, 
September through June, and are free and open to the public.
