Apologies for the lateness of this report. Two Red-necked Phalaropes were at the mud-flat visible from behind the hunter's check-in station on Rte. 89, and also visible from the overlook pull-off just north. Seen Saturday afternoon by Dave Wheeler, Jim Pawlicki, Jay Powell, and Mike Klimeczko. They were in the closest part of the flat along with many peeps and Lesser Yellowlegs. I haven't seen any reports and it is possible they are still there. Dave W.
