Tried again for the grebe on the Main Pool this morning, again without success. I did finally find a GREATER WHITE-FRONTED GOOSE out on the far side of the goose flock. Yesterday picking Livia up from the Syracuse airport we found a well-marked SNOWY OWL sitting on a snow pile north of the overflow parking lot.
