*NEED: Project Manager with Transformation*

Location : Dallas, TX

Duration : 6 months





v  10 years of Information Technology experience with a minimum of 5 years’
experience in IT Project Management working specifically within
Infrastructure

v  Must lead project teams and manage activities associated with projects
that are typically cross-department or organizational entity-wide in scope.
Projects tend to be complex and technical in nature and may last six months
to more than one year in duration

v  Must develop key project documentation to thoroughly understand what
staff member(s) and or consultant(s) are needed to complete projects –
e.g., statements-of-work, change orders, project plans, issues list, risk
management lists, status reports, meeting agendas, post-mortem reports, etc.

v  Must establish and manage a pragmatic, detailed plan (schedule) to
ensure the project is executed on time and meets the goals of the sponsor

v  Must work with the cross functional teams to identify, articulate, and
manage project risks and issues

v  Must drive project issues through to resolution using the methodology
established in the organization and effectively manage and control project
changes

v  Must proactively manage and direct on-site IT staff including
consultants and external vendors

v  Must effectively communicate and advise the management team of project
statuses which includes inter project dependencies, external project
dependencies, and realistic timelines for completion

v  Develop and manage complex project plans and budgets, working with team
members to understand problems, focus on bringing issues to resolution, and
escalate as necessary to meet timelines

v  Create and deliver presentations on project goals and plans, including
progress reports

v  Dave a detailed understanding IT infrastructure, Upgrades, Application
dependencies, Data Center solutions and migration experience.

v  Qualifications:

v  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related
scientific or technical discipline

v  Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred

v  Experience with project estimating, scheduling/planning and tracking
methods

v  Must be very experienced with Microsoft Project

Responsibilities for JAVA Developer:

v  5-8+ years of Core Java development experience ; 3-5 + years of J2EE
programming experience, including Servlets, JSP, Web services.

o   Strong knowledge of RDMS (Oracle 10g+); Experience designing and
developing DB schemas for enterprise-level applications . Understanding of
data structures and the ability to query data tables using SQL and PL/SQL

v  Work on product development through all phases of software development
including design,implementation, and deployment.

v  Develop Java software modules using Java/J2EE and Database related
technologies. Technical design and development of new enhancements.

v  Work closely with team leads to translate requirements into
high-quality, timely deliverables.

v  Contribute as a strong hands-on technical member in project development
activities.

v  Produce clean and unit-tested code.

v  Ability to study new technologies and bring fresh ideas that can benefit
the project.

v  Perform code reviews within the team.

v  Mentor junior engineers and guide them with their assignments.



Required Skills

v  Minimum of five years’ experience in Java/J2EE.

v  Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Core Java development experience; 3-5
years of J2EE programming experience, including Servlets, JSP, Web services

v  Minimum of three years’ experience building highly scalable, distributed
systems. Experience with multi-threaded architectures, thread management,
latency and throughput optimization. Experience with open-source
frameworks. Spring and Hibernate experience a plus.Excellent interpersonal
and communication skills (oral and written). Leadership skills and solid
team-player.

v  Minimum of three  years’ experience in RDMS (Oracle 10g); experience
designing and developing schemas for enterprise level applications;
understanding of data structure and the ability to query data tables using
SQL and PL/SQL.

v  Health and Human Services experience.

v  Solid analytical and problem solving skills and strong attention to
detail .
