· Experience leading Web Content Management (WCM) or Digital Asset
Management (DAM) technical design and implementation for business and
customer marketing and externally facing

· Strong working knowledge of AEM/Adobe CQ, WCM and DAM
technologies

· Experience leading small/medium sized teams, including offshore
resources

· Experience analyzing, defining, implementing, and operating
Content and Asset Lifecycle Management



In addition, successful AEM architect will also have the

preferred background

· Java, J2EE, or .Net Development in Web-centric

· JSP and ASP.Net development
experience

· Working knowledge of Apache Sling and Java Content Repository
(JCR) exposure

· Design and implementation of Object and Component-oriented
solutions

· Experience with Adobe LiveCycle ES 3 or 4 Or Adobe AEM focusing
on LiveCycle Designer, LiveCycle Workbench, LiveCycle Admin

· Working knowledge of common software design patterns and SDLC
methodologies Content Management design and implementation experience,
including taxonomy, metadata, workflow, and content lifecycle

· Application Integration and Middleware (SOA, ESB, Web Services,
REST Apache Sling, WCF)

· Experience with full lifecycle application testing (functional
regression, performance, integration, etc

· Ability to lead technical design and implementation
services

· Strong oral and written communication skills, facilitation,
documentation, and presentation skills (MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, etc.)

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to
exercise mature judgment.

AEM CQ5 Developer

AEM CQ5 Developer

Location : Stamford, CT

Duration : 12+ months

Candidate with minimum 6-8 years of overall development experience with a
very strong Java/J2EE background.
Hands-on experience in developing and leading in large-scale CQ
implementations with solid development background
Thorough understanding of the building blocks of AEM/CQ.
Template, Components, Widgets, Workflow, DAM etc.
Technical stack – Sling, Felix , Jackrabbit
Solid experience in developing responsive sites using frameworks like
bootstrap etc.
Solid experience working as part of an agile delivery team, ideally SCRUM
Solid experience working in an environment with proper source control
(GIT), CI and build tools
A big plus if involved in projects using Adobe Managed Services environment
Exposure to Adobe AEM 6.0 will be a big plus
