*6 Weeks Contract* *Looking for a short-term assignment of a PeopleSoft Configuration Analyst. This is a 6-week assignment to fill in for an employee on leave. Phone interview to start ASAP.* *Looking for someone with a strong HR/Benefits background with strong knowledge of PeopleSoft.* This position will partner with HR functional users to identify requirements and configure PeopleSoft benefits solutions that meet the needs of the HR function. This includes the following: • Ensure the accuracy of the configuration on the HR system, including table maintenance for active and retiree populations. • Partner with the business to ensure needs are met through effective and documented requirements, test plans and implementation plans. • Partner with HR functional teams to identify and document business requirements necessary to provide requested business solution. • Perform fit gap analysis necessary to insure that appropriate functional solution is identified.
