Re: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] Lab 9a - IPMA CTI Route Point fails to register
It should show as unregistered with an IP address next to it (if you are in the CTI Route Point Find screen). Do you have the IP address? If so, it is all good. It's possiblebut you'll have to change the way in which you provide the 1 for customer support and the option to dial-by-extension since your extensions begin with 1 as well. I don't think it's possible but the sales engineer sold this option and i have to implement it and i just don't think is possible maybe you've done it before or something similar thanks Cristobal ___ For more information regarding industry leading CCIE Lab training, please visit www.ipexpert.com

Re: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] Vol2 Lab1 4.2 issue
Kevin, I had this problem yesterday sending calls through my H323 gateway. It turned out to be related to the IP Blue softphones which I'll wager you are using, Kevin as your problem looks mighty similar. With the IP Blue softphones the LAST softphone to startup will be able to send and receive sound - the others won't (at least this is true after any non-initial startups of the phone). The IP Blue softphone that starts last needs to be on the VOIP leg of the call and the silent one on the other leg. This workaround solved my problem (after 8 hours of troubleshooting) and I had the same error code (47) as you did with one end of the call still ringing when the other had answered. Turns out the silent softphone doesn't send an OLC message as part of the H245 setup and that stops the call setup process from working successfully. Then again I could be wrong (again). :) Roger PS I sent this twice because I got a bounce message from the server. ___ For more information regarding industry leading CCIE Lab training, please visit www.ipexpert.com
