Hi Steven, not sure this was a reply to my question.  If so, i was talking 
about the ANI, not the CNAM :)
As for your answer, are you able to show the CNAM when calling à PSTN phone? 
Can you confirm, as to my knowledge this is not supported - i can only show if 
for internal calls once answered.

[OSL | CCIE_Voice] Vol2 Lab5 2.6

In 2.6 is reads "You are not permitted to create any new route patterns to 
achieve this task"
So, I'm assuming there should be some RP's that should already exist, but there 
are none, does anyone should what should be there?

where can i find the bat tool for 7961 phones as it explicitly defined in the 
workbook volume 1. Everytime i am deleting the 7962 phones, and adding my  7961
