Re: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] all incoming calls to HQ phones failing
Test call from PSTN LINE 1 408515 to HQ PHONE 2001 By dialing from PSTN PHONE 1 2022001 (DNIS) However , If I dial LD number from HQ PSTN 1 to HQ PHONE 1 by pressing 4082022001 i get fast busy signal immediately without waiting for collecting any further digits also , its good to mention that when i call from SB PSTN Line 2 to SB PHONE1 whether by 10 Digit DNIS or 7 Digit DNIS it works in all cases. [OSL | CCIE_Voice] Nortel to Cisco Unified Communication Migration
Hello Experts, I am not sure if this the right forum to post my question but giving a try. I am in the initial stage of a project for Migrating Nortel to Cisco UC. I need a Generic Design document and the implementation plan which I can use as a reference to start with the project and will customize as per the customer requirement. If someone has any case study or any document related to this, could you please send me. [OSL | CCIE_Voice] incoming call issue resolved
Hi, I have fixed the incoming call problem from PSTN to HQ, it was not related to the Router configuration. All I had to do was to swap HQ and Branch1 cables going to the PSTN router. So they were connected to the wrong port on the PSTN router. Thanks for the input provided by vignesh and others.
