Re: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] UCCX agens not ringing

2014-06-12 Thread Christian Holst
If

- CSQ is same case in Application and RMCM

- Skill level 5 on both agent and CSQ

- Available CTI ports

- Agent is ready(and stays ready)

It _will_ work.

If just disable, i'd remove the forward and leave the unity users

If you delete the users all calls will end up in default greeting - can't
imagine a customer would be happy about that one.

Hi folks,

What is the best ways to disable most of mailboxes on Unity, leaving just some
of them unchanged ? Removing the users on Unity admin GUI ?

2014-03-06 Thread Christian Holst
If people are not able to leave voice messages (no forward) then MWI won't be
turned on.
If it's on already people should listen to their voicemails :) - which will
turn it off

In the odd case it's on by accident force it off.

Hi all

Please share your thoughts.
What option will you do on this one.

Create speed dial *3001 on device and then...

Note: is unity connection

Option 1
Create a dn *3001 with fwd all to vm checked, VM profile mask with to
strip *

Option 2
Create a new partition and CSS
Create a dn 3001 in the new partition with fwd all to vm Create
translation-pattern *.3001, strip * with predot and use the new CSS to match
3001 in the new dn.

Option 3
Create a dn *3001 with fwd all to vm.
On CUC user options add *3001 as an alternate number.

What option will you use and most important why?

I'll appreciate all your inputs.

[OSL | CCIE_Voice] Cbarge - RSVP issue

2013-05-05 Thread Christian Holst
Hi,

I would like to know if my findings are correct, or I've just made an error
somewhere.

Test 1: Create 3 calls from HQ to site 1
Test 2: Call from Site1 to HQ from Sharedline. Then doing Cbarge from HQ phone

Set up RSVP with 64 kb
Test 1: third call fails with bandwith (expected)
Test 2: Cbarge fails with bandwith issue (NOT expexted) - should be doing
2xG729 to the HQ phones, right ?

Set up RSVP with 88 kb
Test 1: All three calls succeed(expected)
Test 2: Now cbarge works
---
Question:
How come Cbarge appear to use 3 G729 sessions for the cbarge (or cbarge
initialization)
Could the reason be that the barging phone in the display has 2 conference
sessions (as shown in display) ?

Info:
show sccp connec from Site1 when Cbarge is running
