CSCti11843 Bug Details
Shared-line Cbarge remote-in-use softkeys not working in SRST

Symptom:
For Shared line if you want cbarge you must disable privacy and enable 
remote-in-use softkey under ephone-template. However if you configured SRST CME 
with srst mode auto-provision none or dn privacy setting on the ephone remains 
default which means it is on. Hence you can't disable privacy.
 
Conditions:
When phones fallback to SRST.
 
Workaround:
Only workaround is to either configure:
ephone 1
privacy off
or configure srst mode auto-provision all

phone then , we have to create ephone template if ruuning config should not

Fellows,
 
CUE issue.
 
HQ- CUCM, BR2 - CUCME/CUE. Call between both sites is g729.
 
Call to BR2 from PSTN rings, then goes to VM on CUE, hears the annunciator to 
leave a message and wmi works.
 
Call to BR2 from HQ rings, does not hear annunciator but goes to VM and wmi 
works.
 
Wondering why no annunciator when HQ calls BR2. 
 
 
Please help.

Lab Environment
The Cisco documentation CD is available in the lab room, but the exam assumes 
knowledge of the more common protocols and technologies. As of March 2006, the 
documentation can only be navigated using the index; the search function has 
been disabled. No outside reference materials are permitted in the lab room. 
You must report any suspected equipment issues to the proctor during the exam; 
adjustments cannot be made once the exam is over.

I was wondering if there is any quicker way (other then memorizing the xml...) 
to get the information necessary to configure background images on 7900 phones?

I currently search for this document to get the xml, but it takes some precious

Amy,
 
The subscriber is set as primary, while the publisher is set as secondary 
server.
MWI is in Null partition, but phones are in the CSS that contains all 
partitions. I'm able to call both MWI extensions for light on/off from all 
phones.

You may check that under the port group in CUC, make sure you have the 
subscriber set as the primary server and the publisher set as secondary.

Also, when you say “Null partition & CSS”, are you saying that the phones and 
MWI are in the null partition?
