[OSL | CCIE_Voice] all incoming calls to HQ phones failing

2013-03-09 Thread Jaleel ccie
Hi,

I am having problem with incoming calls to HQ phones, outgoing calls from
HQ phones are working. I can't even call HQ phone from HQ-PSTN number.
I have gone through PSTN config several times but I couldn't find any thing
wrong with it. HQ Router is a mgcp gateway and I'm using only 6 Channels
for T1 controller.

What else can I do or check to fix this problem.

[OSL | CCIE_Voice] incoming call issue resolved

2013-03-13 Thread Jaleel ccie
Hi,

I have fixed the incoming call problem from PSTN to HQ, it was not related
to the Router configuration. All I had to do was to swap HQ and Branch1
cables going to the PSTN router. So they were connected to the wrong port
on the PSTN router.

Thanks for the input provided by vignesh and others.
