[OSL | CCIE_Voice] problem LAB 11 VOL1 CUE-CME license file- working on vrack

I try to upload CUE -CME license bu the command below

In this part we should configured called party transformation pattern when
we dial a E164 number from missed call (+1212-394-2123) we should get
3942123 on the router to dial pstn (after match dial-peer on HQ router)
But actually it doesn't work.
when I debug the out in HQ router I get as there's no transformation (the
dialed number match the pattern and reach the HQ  reuter but without any
transformation)

I tried to get the required result with old way (and I can achieved the
required question by using the called party transformation from the same
page of Route Pattern but I need to test called transformation)

I am still in this session , I need your help and idea

Updating:-
  The problem was that I didn't add \ in Pattern Definition of
called Party Transformation Pattern and for surprise it accepted the
pattern  without error but the pattern doesn't match (so no transformation
happened ) . Just add \ before + and every thing is OK

session When they try to connect CUCM they start Upgrading firmware and take
too too long time.

Dear,
in this lab section we should add BR1-RTR as an MGCP gateway.
I made the configuration AS Proctorlab guide and I got gateway register (sh
ccm-manager)
But when I (debug isdn q931) nothing appeared  (I dialed as match as the
Route Pattern)

[OSL | CCIE_Voice] Problem in LAB 3A vol 1

Dear,
 I working on vol 1 lab 3A Part 3.5 for configuration page 149-151 for
verification page 153-156
the problem I can't get the BR2 PHONE on fa 0/3/1 to register
when I verify with Sh flash | i .cnf  I can see the SIP file for the phone

more details when I debug tftp event I get:-
