Hi

I have rectified the issue,when we call the aa no and transfer using 4
digits,call are rolling to user deskphone first and then to vm.But when we
Are using Directory handler ,we are getting issue of direct transfer to
VM.Its a 5.0 Unity.Where we can get this directory is it in AD.

I Have tried all the setting in call handler and directory handler,can it be
issue with AD Users .
