Which IP Services do you want?

The best source for the IP Phone Agent is to go Voice ==> Contact Center ==>
IPCC Express.

Select Configuratoin Examples and Technotes. About 5 choices down is one
called Configure a "One Button Login" for IP Phone Agents

The IPMA service is actually in the CCM Features and Services guide in the on
line help. Look under the section about providing information to users for the
URL to install the console.

BACDVoice ==>Call Control ==> CallManager Express

Select configuration guides, and it's the second link on the list.

  Guys-

Where do we find IP Services as well as EM and BACD since the lab has changed
the search parameters? Thanks.

Ok...now that that's fixed, anyone know of a way to get that stupid message
that warns of potentially unsafe activex controls to stop appearing everytime
the IPBlue display attempts to access ip phone services and every time those
services refresh the display?

Hi Cliff,

IPPA works for me via IP Blue, be it through Proctorlabs rack or not.

Odd thing is that my other IP Blue clients displays the IPPA even though
those clients are not associated or subscribe to IPPA service.

Just curious if anyone else has seen this.

Thanks. I figured out the issue. The parameter names are case sensitive. I
went back and looked at the docs, carefully matching case, this morning. Once
the subscriptions were updated, it began working.
