[OSL | CCIE_Voice] IPPM Problem
HI All, I have strange problem related to ippm: 1.I configure ippm service, the url is :http://177.1.10.50:8081/ippm/default?name=#DEVICENAME# 2. Phone subscribe on this service3. Phone has user as owner id user is associated with the phone line.4. the end user is associated with the phone, 7 has cti enabled.5. PhoneMessenger user is created and asssociated with the phone has cti enabled has 4 check boxes.6. the same user is creates on Cups with the same password But whenever i select service from phone , it ask me for userid Pin, Although it should ask only for pi.
