I Think you have to use Police via MQC. E.g.:
policy-map X
class Y
priority 56
class Z
bandwidth percent 5
police rate 8000
conform-action transmit
exceed-action set-dscp-transmit cs1
violate-action drop
class class-default

Subject: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] QoS command is not available
Hi,
I am trying to configure polide dscp map on the BR1 router with ESW. The
command "mls qos map policed-dscp 24 to 10" is not available.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
