Normally when you the problem is the transcoder, the call just drops... no slow busy... The reason for this is that the call initially connects to the CTI RP, then gets transferred to a CTI Port, so the initial connection is fine, and it drops when the CTI Port is connected and the audio is attempted to be cut thru. Well, first are your CTI RPs registered? Is JTAPI in service? What do the MIVR logs say?
