Try remove ip http authentication local.



And for the command ip http path flash:GUI , check the flash (GUI) 
whether it's lower case or upper case and with the forwarding slash or 
not. I mean flash:/GUI/ or flash:GUI/ or  flash:/gui  ... By running 
command (sh flash or dir flash) you'll know.



Also when logging in to the web , put http://10.10.202.2 and use IE or Firefox.
