Hi

What is the best way to add hydrogens to a pdb file for a, probably, last
round of refinement?

Can hydrogens be added in a pH/pka-dependent manner? Something like this (
https://server.poissonboltzmann.org/) but get a pdb file ready for
phenix.refine/buster/refmac?

position in x-ray crystallography, funded for two years in the first
instance, open to all UK/EU/non-EU/international applicants.

towards small molecule discovery for a rare misfolding disease. You will

Senior CryoEM facility manager for the Midlands Regional CryoEM Facility at 
Leicester

We are searching for an exceptional Cryo EM  microscopist to manage the 
flourishing Midlands Regional Cryo-EM facility in the Institute for Structural 
and Chemical Biology at the University of Leicester. The facility hosts a 
Thermo Fisher Titan Krios with Falcon 3 and Gatan K3 detector with energy 
filter; a Philips CM200, 2 plunge freezing devices; carbon coat and glow 
discharger. The facility also hosts a high performance GPU computer cluster and 
storage supported by a dedicated computing facility manager. The facility is 
also supported by a grade 7 facility support specialist. The facility serves 
users from our Midlands partners and around the UK / Europe for both academic 
and industry projects.
