Harry, you are right! It was the first program that I used but as long as I 
have seen it gives you the info regarding the amino acids that form those areas 
but then you have to include this info into your pdb manually.

We are looking for a highly motivated structural biologist to join the 
Crystallography and Protein Engineering Unit at the Spanish National Cancer 
Research Centre (CNIO), as a postdoctoral fellow, with a 20 months contract.
The work will be focused on developing a therapeutic molecules against 
SARS-CoV-2. The successful applicant will use interdisciplinary approaches 
including structural biology techniques (X-ray crystallography and cryoEM), 
molecular biology and biochemistry.

We are looking for a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher with experience 
in protein crystallography and molecular biology/protein production. The 
hosting lab is the Crystallography & Protein Engineering Unit at the Spanish 
National Cancer Research Center (CNIO). This is a multidisciplinary institute 
located in Madrid (Spain) with outstanding facilities for 
basic/clinical/translational research offering an international working 
environment.
The candidate will work on a project that aims on the structural 
characterization of bispecific antibodies.
The position is scheduled to start in the first trimester of 2019 and is funded 
for 22 months, although it may be extended. The candidate will be hired under 
standard CNIO contract conditions which includes Health Insurance benefits.

Research Technician Position in Structural Biology at CNIO (Spanish National 
Cancer Research Centre, Madrid, Spain)
A 3 years NIH-funded research technician position is immediately available for 
a highly motivated structural biologist in the Crystallography and Protein 
Engineering Unit at the CNIO’s Structural Biology and Biocomputing Programme.
The Unit provides state-of-the-art infrastructures for protein production and 
posterior structural studies, which includes high-throughput protein 
crystallization instrumentation.
The successful applicant will be involved in a number of drug discovery 
projects that involves all the stages that lead to the determination of protein 
structures in the presence of inhibitors for further development. The candidate 
must have a strong background in molecular biology, protein
