Dear CCP4 users, An update for the CCP4-6.4.0 series has just been released, consisting of the following changes:
* prelyscar: New program, predictor of lysine caboxylation * CCP4i: prelyscar, new interface * pdb2to3: fixed for new ccp4srs * rapper: downgrade optimisation to workaround segv on OS X * Xia2: workaround aimless ASSERT * aimless: bug fixes, update to 0.3.5 * pdbse: copying chain ID into segment ID fields blocked for all PDB files except if marked for XPLOR use * cparrot: bug fixes Note that auto-updates work only with CCP4 6.4.0 series, therefore please upgrade if necessary. The Update Manager is now included in the package so you do not need to install it separately.
