*Responsibilities:*

·       Design and implement structural biology experiments, including
protein production and characterization, structure determination and
analysis.

·       Design and optimize biophysical and biochemical studies of
biotherapeutic molecules using a range of methods for candidate
optimization and development.

·       Closely collaborate with a diverse team of wet-lab scientists,
protein engineers, and machine learning computation scientists.

·       Manage and direct CROs

*Who You Are: *

·       A rigorous scientist with a deep understanding of protein
biochemistry and structure

·       Enthusiastic and innovative

   - Intellectually curious with a passion for exploring new approaches for
   better and faster structure determination and rational design
   - Bold in proposing creative experimental designs and ideas, relentless
   in pursuing successful outcomes

·       Driven and conscientious, thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial
environment

·       Passionate about improving patients’ lives

*Qualifications:*

·    PhD in structural biology, chemistry, biology, biochemistry,
biomedical engineering, or related field

·       Strong expertise in protein construct design, protein expression
and purification, sample vitrification, data collection with direct
electron detectors and structure determination.

·       Solid experience with structure analysis and characterization of
structure-function relationship.

·       Strong collaborative, organizational, and presentation skills

·       Ability to direct Research Associates, Technicians and CRO’s

·     Ability to document, maintain, and share an organized account of lab
work and results
