If you are using newer versions of HKL2000 it is printed in the "scale.log" file. First of all you must have a recent version of the suite- it didn't exist in earlier versions. Then, it is in the scalepack log file, last table, with chi^2 and R-fac before the list of systematic extinctions. I presume it is also one of the plots you can display from the gui.
