Err - no. Not apart from diff'ing the html documentation page.

From memory:

 - Rudimentary support for model building after MR, although I've
removed some of the useless features in 1.3

 - GUI support for supplying your own additional buccaneer or refmac
keywords. Can be used to access the following:

 - Support for passing through known structure, e.g. heavy atoms, RNA,
accessible throught the 'known-structure' keyword.

 - Support for multi-model building through the 'model-index' keyword
(acts like a random seed to produce a different model, although it's not
actually random), and the 'merge' option (although for the latter you
need to write your own scripts - in my tests this works, but is less
efficient that just running more cycles).

Is there information somewhere on what is new or modified in Buccaneer 1.4 (any
new keywords?) - could not find it?
Thanks!

[ccp4bb] ccp4-6.1.13 - Austwick

2010-06-11 Thread Charles Ballard
Continuing our journey down the scenic A65, CCP4 version 6.1.13 is available
for download. This updates clipper to 2.1 and brings in buccaneer 1.4.

Many thanks to Rafael Navaza, Takanori Matsuura, Kevin and others for ironing
out the wrinkles.

Have fun.
