Err - no. Not apart from diff'ing the html documentation page.

From memory:

 - Rudimentary support for model building after MR, although I've 
removed some of the useless features in 1.3


 - GUI support for supplying your own additional buccaneer or refmac 
keywords. Can be used to access the following:


 - Support for passing through known structure, e.g. heavy atoms, RNA, 
accessible throught the 'known-structure' keyword.


 - Support for multi-model building through the 'model-index' keyword 
(acts like a random seed to produce a different model, although it's not 
actually random), and the 'merge' option (although for the latter you 
need to write your own scripts - in my tests this works, but is less 
efficient that just running more cycles).

Is there information somewhere on what is new or modified in Buccaneer 1.4 (any 
new keywords?) - could not find it?
