Re: DVD-R readback error on SONY DRU510A

Hi,
  I updated the firmware to 1.1a (from 1.0d). Same problem.
  I checked some older DVDs I wrote and there are a couple of Sankey DVD-R
that give the same media info, but don't show this error.
  Tried with older dvd+rw-tools which I used at that time, same error.

  One thing left to do : try with WindowsXP and see if I get the same
problem.

DVD-R readback error on SONY DRU510A

Hi,
  I just wrote two DVD-R  (supposedly TDK, but who knows) discs with
4.3Gb data. The files on both discs differ slightly from the originals
(4-5 places), not at the same place. Any known issues with my version of
software/hardware?

Command line was: growisofs -dvd-compat -Z /dev/dvd -R -J /data/DVD
