After a short private exchange with Jörg I assume (!) that it is not
about *using* the code, but not stating that it is taken from cdrtools
without correct attribution. But maybe I am wrong here.

It would be a good idead to include reasoning *why* the program violates
the copyright of cdrtools. I lloked into the cdrtools and saw GPL under
copying, and in qpxtools the same. So please declare in which sense the
violations takes place (probably you should also give an explanation wrt
which countries' law this happens).
