I should proof read the email. I have a Window 10 virtual machine that will boot and function 100% no problems. But the console does not display on the monitor. I have setup a spice terminal I will see the EFI boot screen and the other console messages. Inexpensive is a relative term. For the past year CentOS as been the host computer, it has been reliable. This summer I switch to the Centos Enterprise package, it been work for several weeks until Friday, sometime over the weekend the console portion of the boot process does not display. I have one Windows 10 virtual machine book, but the EFI boot screen does not display and the Windows circle do not dance on the screen. I am unable able to boot my other virtual machines, they get stuck the monitor just flash on and off. I performed a major upgrade on the 4th of July it work through Friday. I've got a box running C7, just updated (yesterday). It had an onboard RAID controller, and an HBA. I just installed a new, additional RAID card, all LSI. MegaCli64 only sees one controller. I can't seem to find the magic to see the others. I *know* the new card is a MegaRAID - the box it came in says so. The system sees it 1:00.0 RAID bus controller: LSI Logic / Symbios Logic SAS1078 PCI-Express Fusion-MPT SAS (rev 04) 42:00.0 RAID bus controller: LSI Logic / Symbios Logic MegaRAID SAS-3 3108 [Invader] (rev 02) 43:00.0 Serial Attached SCSI controller: LSI Logic / Symbios Logic SAS3008 PCI-Express Fusion-MPT SAS-3 (rev 02) I've connected a RAID box that we had to it. I'm trying to import the foreign configuration and bring it online. I am getting an error 403 forbidden on the /.well-known/acme-challenge/-CG_gSckofY5ln7TdMvoanDI1_FBRh8otQkyB0hxmoo Some searching indicated permission problems... I also noticed that the /var/www/html directory does not even have the .well-known directory in it. The /var/www/html directory was root:root I changed it to root:apache and still same error. ls -l /var/www/ total 0 drwxr-xr-x. 2 root root 6 Jun 27 09:49 cgi-bin drwxr-xr-x. 6 root apache 214 Jun 27 09:49 html Anyone ran into this ? I recently installed C7 from a C7+gnome CD. Gnome was awful enough that I promptly installed KDE. KDE is not doing so well either. Text in text editors invoked by "opening" a file is flakey at best. E.g. pieces disappear and duplicate. Terminals seem ok, including vim invoked from the terminal. Firefox text seems ok.
