The server hardware is capable of 192 GB RAM and I want to
add memory, but want to be sure the OS will support it.
Is anybody running CentOS 5 or RHEL 5 with 192 GB or more, please?

You're looking at the 32bit limits :)
The 64bit can support 256GB/1TB limit
