It is a very badly modified version of Centos and we have nothing to do with it. Please take any issues you have with it back to Cpanel. The reference to cPanel in this thread makes no sense. As for wanting to contribute to the CentOS Project, there is some information available on the Contribute page of the CentOS wiki [1].
