The closest thing to it is probably Scientific Linux 5 Live CD/DVD, but the most recent available version is 5.7 from October 2011. Not the latest but livecd anyway. https://projects.centos.org/trac/livecd/ There is some instruction on how to generate yourself. Have not tried myself though. Assuming anaconda has your nic driver... If it is just transfer you need boot in to recovery with the install disc.
