They do offer drivers for various on board controlers and NIC Cards. If perhapse they do have then you will have to compile and install them yourself. They have gotten really decent at *nix drivers. ___ CentOS mailing list CentOS@centos.org http://lists.centos.org/mailman/listinfo/centos

I have just bought a 120GB external usb drive but after plugging it in it is not getting mounted. JohnStanley Writes: Also look in your BIOS for your USB Settings. Make sure it is Set for Legacy Compatablity so it can run the older 1.0USB and also 2.0USB. ___ CentOS mailing list CentOS@centos.org http://lists.centos.org/mailman/listinfo/centos

behalf of; partha chowdhury [EMAIL PROTECTED] i have another 80G external samsung drive from 2 years and it works without problem . JohnStanley Writes: You could very well be just having an issue wich involves the drive firware not being compatable with the operatting system since the other one does work. As a side note I have a USB Drive and a Thumb drive that will work in windows but not linux. What I did was found one brand and model that worked and bought extra ones for the linux systems. ___ CentOS mailing list CentOS@centos.org http://lists.centos.org/mailman/listinfo/centos
