There is a mirror check cycle, and it did go through for this specific update. Everything is fine now, but after seeing the email I tried to update several machines in different locations (some near Chicago, some near San Francisco) and only one found them. Also, is there some reason behind the package name/numbering going from: java-1.6.0-openjdk-1.6.0.0-1.21.b17.el5 to java-1.6.0-openjdk.x86_64 1:1.6.0.0-1.22.1.9.8.el5_6 not sure where you are looking, nothing from this end has changed. It just seemed like an odd change in the package naming but I suppose you are just passing through the upstream change.
