oVirt is nice but pretty heavyweight ... depending on your needs I've heard
good things about Archipel

http://archipelproject.org/

We used WebVirtMgr for a really lightweight thing at previous place ...
looks like that's changed to WebVirtCloud now.

oVirt does a lot of things, if you need what it does.  Including
multiple servers managed, easy migration from one node to another with
shared storage, etc. (There is integrated glusterfs support for shared
storage).

It is also available from a CentOS Special Interest Group.
