That is what I assumed. Pages that I have created have the unsubscribe option, when I view them, implying I am subscribed... I have verified that I have "Subscribe to trivial changes" checked in my profile and my pages are listed in "Subscribed wiki pages". However, I have not received notification of changes to my pages made by others.
