[CentOS-virt] xen-4.6.1-1 packages for C6 and C6 in centos-virt-xen-testing

Xen 4.6.1 packages are available in centos-virt-xen-testing; please
test, I'll probably be pushing it to the mirrors sometime early next
week (before the upcoming XSAs are due to go public).

To use (assuming you've installed already):

  yum --enablerepo=centos-virt-xen-testing update

This is a bug that was fixed on the development branch in December; a
fix is included in the recently-released 4.6.1.  I'm testing 4.6.1
packages now, they'll probably hit mirrors in a day or two.
