We have switched to podman with similar process. Stop systemd units, install
podman, redeploy, and done.

I have done this on a test cluster running Ubuntu 20.04 and it kind of 
just worked. Sometimes I had to stop the docker container and the Ceph 
orchestrator then spawned a new podman container.
