  Ditto, ditto, ditto!  Especially on the contract part!  Get it all in 
writing.  And make sure those to handle those if I leave clauses up 
front.  You don't want to work on a project for 12 months, leave because 
you're out of cash, and then found it was sold for 1.2 billion in the 
14th month.

 In need of a coldfusion developer (using fusebox) for an internet 
 start-up in
 the real estate industry. The company is positioned in an exciting and 
 fast

 The business is led by two ex Microsoftee's who left the company this 
 past
 March to develop a web platform to service the real estate industry. 
 We are
 looking for two engineers who:
 - Has great experience with Coldfusion (fusebox) and sql. Java is a 
 plus.
 - Creative, Intelligent and a strong business mind
 - Passionate about creating a great product and pays attention to the 
 user
 experience
 - Can dedicate time every week and hit deadlines they communicate
 - Writes clean code always thinking about scalability 
 - Likes a fast paced environment (creating and rolling out small

 on a weekly basis) and one where you have the ability to help set the
 strategic direction of our product.
