Mike, a couple of emails a day is hardly enough to hide anything. I have no problem seeing everything that comes across the list. I think it's fine the way it is and prefer it. People who don't like it DO have optionsĀ They can filter the emails or they can switch to digest. I'd reconsider asking him to change anything. I agree with this. Personally I think it switching to a digest would lesson the chances of someone seeing a job that might apply to them.
