In 5.0 cfgrid and cftree were rewritten and require a difference version of
JRE to run.

This creates a problem with IE5+.

I tried to look this up on Macromedia but I couldnt find any pricing on 5.0 on their 
site anymore but I did find version 5.0 on available on another web site for 4,975.55 
and on Macromedia.com they have MX at $4999 so its really more expensive for MX. Plus 
if they are moving from 4.5 to 5.0 they are probably either getting a free copy 
through their subscription or paying the upgrade price which is even cheaper.
