As a KAVPS user looking for other providers (note the looking for other 
providers part...), I would highly recommend you stay away from them. As far as 
I can tell there is exactly one person running this business, which would be 
fine if there weren't so many problems he needed to tend to.

* I have had numerous billing problems with their ModernBill system 
overcharging me, and I have to create a new support ticket every month for them 
to fix it.
* I couldn't access my VPS while I was at work one day (I host my e-mail on it 
which I check often), so I assumed that the connection was being blocked by 
some kind of filter. Not so... when I got home I couldn't access anything on 
the VPS either, so I created a support ticket and 12 hours later I was finally 
told that the host machine was down.
* Look at some of the e-mail I've received since signing up 4 months ago:

redundant data center location in Minneapolis, MN. While the maintenance is

            Sunday, April 13 – 12:01a.m. – 4:00 a.m.
