For simple file-to-file comparisons I use ExamDiff Pro - 
http://www.examdiff.com/.  It compares files (or directories) and reports 
differences down to the line, word, or character level.  There's a free 
version available too.

i was just wondering whether CF studio has any facility to compare 2
cfm files and list out the differences. coz i need it very much in my
