Sublime Text 2 is a fine code oriented IDE for ColdFusion.

There is a syntax package specifically for ColdFusion.  Also great tools 
for HTML/JS/CSS web development.

Cheap (free to try), small, fast and with excellent community support.

Give it a try.  You may like it.
