RE: Good inexpensive NT Email Solution

Oops, let me try again, 100,000 total users per server and suggested max of
2,000 users per domain.

hah, I thought it sounded too good to be true. A low-end server, but
of course the low-end is the big end.

RE: Good inexpensive NT Email Solution

2000-08-19 Thread JF

I'll second the MDaemon recommendation - good product, frequent updates,
very stable. We've installed it on 8 customer sites and haven't had a
problem with it yet.

Our past installs have been the 2.8x versions so I'm not real familiar with
3.x, but I checked your site and didn't see anything regarding CF
interfaces (which would be very cool) - can you elaborate on this Geoffrey?

decide to go with.

Strong Strong recommend for MerakMail (http://www.icewarp.com/ ) Not only
is it cheap, but we switched from Mailsite Imail to it, and it's a
fantastic server that integrates so well with Cold Fusion that via the
CFExecute variables and simple strings you can integrate every single
function. The thing is genious. And more then that, our delivery times as
well as general performance were also positively impacted.

When we had questions, the author directly emailed us at least 4-6 times
and gave us more assistance then I had received with almost any other mail
product anywhere (Mailsite, IMail NTMail)

Along with Serv-U DNews, Merak Mail is one of the best servers I've ever
